I have been quite the breakfast fan lately, so of course I made a breakfast sandwich. This sandwich is similar to last weeks breakfast but it is also a little different. I first made some bacon in the air fryer, which I have talked about previously (it is the best way to make it). Then, I made some toast and added pesto to it after it got out of the toaster. I then added some mozzarella and tomatoes to it. Next, I scrambled some eggs and added salt, pepper, and everything but the bagel seasoning to it. Lastly, I added it all together and cut it in half. It was a very tasty breakfast and it kept me full for hours. I highly recommend trying it and letting me know how it tastes.
